Are you a fiduciary and what does that mean?
Rock Point Advisors serves as a fiduciary to its clients. We are required to act in their best interests. Our responsibilities in this role are defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
How are you compensated?
Rock Point Advisors earns money exclusively from client fees. We charge a percentage of assets under management based on the size of each relationship, with very few exceptions. We do not receive commissions or compensation from other sources. We believe that the all-in costs to our clients range from competitive to well below average.
